    Hi All,
really hoping you can help me on this, I have an HPZ2100 which has run fine for a few years but been idle for a while a few months back. I replaced the printheads but within a few runs the ink was missing again. It is now saying replace one of the printheads that has just been swapped.

I tried to purge ink, this was very odd it started doing the cyan but fades out as it runs across the canvas (pic attached - IMG_20191106_123542_resized_20191106_124333548.jpg IMG_20191106_123550_resized_20191106_124332347.jpg never seen this before?) It purged cyan, magenta and yellow then said printhead need replacing and locked up.

Desperate for some help, I have been using a ciss system so wondering if this may have caused an issue with air? or if the ink is simply not getting into the printheads so I should change the cartridges?but I'm not that clued up on it.

    Anyone advise please ??

Over the years i've had several, brand new print heads, that were either damaged or defective (or had an associate mis-install them). If you happen to have another head, try that one. If the machine works fine, then you probably have a defective print head.
