Pull lay not moved on SM 74-5PH. Year 2006

I have some trouble with pull lay (pleases look at the picture)

Does one pull lay move and the other doesn't or tries to move? if you take the two covers off that are in front of the accordian bellows attached to the side guides. You will see down into the press and see the shafts that turn and move the guides. Make sure they are clean and greased or oiled. You might have to try and move the shafts by hand to get them to go. If one is moviing freely and the other isn't it is probably clogged with paperdust.
