    Hello,
I am looking for help to fix the problem.
The measuring head reported errors, it did not rise up, it was possible to move it and make the measurement in the previously stored position on the sheet.
    - Acctually i replaced the electrical connection strips, the socket in the head, cleaned.
The measuring head performs functions from the local keyboard (it rises, lowers, moves in every direction, after reset it returns to its starting position above the white reference point, the bulb can be lit with the local button on the head).
However, there is no control from the program (touch screen), OK communication test, inactive windows for raising and moving the head, no lighting of the bulb). Cannot set up for work.
    The system returns a message:
    [08B20002] DIS Cpc21i Runtime Error,
and in local menu - "no string position"
What is this message about? Is this a software error - the printhead doesn't know where it is? Or look for a defect in the CPC21 module electronics. The local keyboard is also connected to it and the control works with it.

    Hi sir:
    1) Look Back-up battery board plug connector: j8604+8605+8606+8607+j8615 ;for +5Vdc -12VDC.

    2) self-diagnosis must indicated:if something is wrong:

a)Has the spectrometer been switched on, and is
    communication with the spectral controller possible;

b)i.e. can the spectrum be correctly called up?

c)Lamp power supply Has the lamp power supply been switched on, and
is communication with the spectral controller o.k.?

    d) Lamp Is the lamp undamaged?

e)Measurement Are the operational amplifiers in the spectrometer
    o.k.?

f)Do the channels exhibit approximately identical
    behaviour?

    g)Are the dark currents o.k.?
