Help! I'm banging my head against a brick wall here.

Simple 2 colour jobs. Independently, the heads run fine on the press. I can print 1 colour jobs on each unit without issue. The moment I try and print a 2 colour job, the ink on the 2nd unit starts to wash out. When running a 2 colour job, I can stop the production, turn PU1 off, press 'go' again and the 2nd unit will print absolutely fine. Stop production again, turn PU1 back on, press 'go' and within seconds the image on PU2 starts to wash out again. PU1 appears to run fine on it's own with no water issues.

This has only been happening since the rubber rollers were replaced 12 months ago (fitted by a qualified Heidi technician). I have checked, checked and checked again the roller settings. I have also washed up the rollers with all sorts (roller shampoo, deglazer etc). I have never had this before the rollers were replaced.

I have tried everything. I'm experienced on this thing and know what I'm doing - but this is driving me crackers.

    Any ideas? Please!

Each unit will run fine by itself, when running both if you are running too much water it will wash out. Cut back on water. I had this problem with the 1st Unit (one on front over feeder) and it always solved by cutting down on water on the second unit.
