Recently we have started having problems cutting gloss laminated sheets on our guillotine. The pressure from the clamp makes the sheets 'block' together into a solid lump. They are so stuck together that often the bottom sheets tear away as the trimmings are pushed sideways by the guillotine blade. once the pressure of the guillotine clamp is removed it is simple to fan the sheets out and they are fine. We are using BOSS digital OPP film
digital films have a terrible static build up in them, aerate the sheets before and after and cut in smaller piles should help, also if you can try move away from digital films they are notorious for giving problems
