I was checking with our commercial department and Dye-sub may not be the option for that since we don't know what type of substrate it is. The process may either be that option or flatbed since both have white inks and flatbed can print directly onto the substrate where Dye-sub goes thru a transfer paper process, and then a heat press to convert the dye-sub ink from the paper to the substrate.

It also depends on who did it and how they did it to know for sure.
