Hello, our company purchased 2 used PM-46's and they both have the numbering / perforating capabilities and both came with the attachment accessories. I was just wondering if I am doing anything wrong when I perf various jobs, the perf wheel ends up wearing a cut into the stainless steel impression cylinder sleeve. If I back off the perf to kiss the impression cylinder it does not perf the sheet well enough, and also seems like it perfs uneven. We ordered new perf wheels, but that hasn't seemed to change the outcome.

    Thanks.

    Dear wiscowi,
First of all be careful not to put the wheel on one of the cylinder grippers.
Then, I prefer to put a thin film of adhesive tape at the area to be perforated, under the wheel, and use as less pressing as possible between the wheel and the impression cylinder, and DON'T use wear wheels, because they need more and more pressure.
    Good luck.
