thats just it, everything was fine. no communication errors... passed all print quality calibrations...

Finally Got through it after a laundry list of errors.... eventually a new belt... cleaned the cleaning brushes.. Auto-repair boot of the DFE, full reseat of everything. everywhere lol

thanks @Milo Wilson it was a weird one.

That was why I was having you check the DFE . transmission problems come from submitting file information from the DFE not from the psip

    You're a true gentleman, Milo. ;)

But no need to call and cry on your shoulder today lol. Its friday. And besides, I have handed the ball off to the big red x.

    Other problems as well.....

hey @Milo Wilson I was out on vaca, this little nugget of an error came back...

auto repair boot the dfe and it works...until you stop and start again. Runs prints fine from the PSP

Xerox onsite again. DFE appears fine. So theyre swapping one of the boards. Ill update with solution.

tried the boards in back, even swapping fiberoptic cables to avoid that, guess its a 4500 dollar board lol
