hi gentlemans. I’m having a problem with my press. I run a Heidelberg 1994 102 ZP cp tronic console. I started my day with no problems at all. Ran 10,000 sheets and the perfector yellow light is coming up. The sheets are making it till the pile but the yellow light is coming up. I have clean the sensor that is benith the press too many times. I have close the perfector till I nick the sheets. The problem is still there. Any ideas?

    Hi sir:
    1) Recommend you to change over to straight printing again .

    2) and if the problem persist, test the sensor and replace it, can be defective.

However test for loose wires or dirty, or corrosion, or lack of voltage at terminal of sensor. Look for the schematic diagram, normally is +24Vdc, but check again your schematic d.

are you absolutely certain that you've cleaned out any dropped sheets or fragments of paper from under the perfector cylinders? Even though you mention that all the sheets are making it to the delivery pile I would go under there with a flashlight and make sure that its clean underneath.

When in perfect, the blast air nozzle aimed at the pivoting cover must have enough air coming through to swing said pivoting cover away. Additionally, does the cover swing absolutely free?

Man, you got it. That is exactly what I did. The air line that aim that cover, had a cut and air wasn’t strong enough to blow that cover away. Replaced that air line and problem solve. Thanks everybody!!!!
