102 cd chain greasing problems

Hello
The problem is that the chain lube wont pump when needed and it beeps continuously while running.

We think we've narrowed it down to VSM board or solenoid after the pump tank.
Has anyone encountered this before?

 

Does flow grease pump show movement initially, but shuts down right away?

 

I've seen cases where in order to save money guys put NON Heidelberg approved grease into the reservoir. Sometimes these lubricants will dry out from the extreme temps of infrared dryers, and clog the lines. Ive had some success with pumping through these clogs with a high pressure pneumatic grease gun. If that does not work you may have to replace the lines and then ONLY USE THE APPROVED LUBRICANT!!!
