We recently acquired a new Canon PRO-4000s plotter.

When I go to the web interface for the plotter, it loads fine. However, As soon as I attempt to log into the web interface the plotter reboots.
It seems like it may have something to do with the HTTPS interface. Possibly the certificate?

Its connected to a gigabit ethernet network. Static IP address set.

I don't have much to go on since this is so new. I'm used to working with HP Designjet Printers.

    Any thoughts?

Thanks (New here, pardon the Noobness)

remove the printer from your computer/network - download the latest driver from the manufacturers website - add new printer using a NEW IP address

    new IP address is critical
