Heidelberg SM 52-2P EWK1 circuit board issue

I have been advised by our client that the EWK 1 board is faulty and is stopping the press from running. The machine was working before we shipped it. can anyone shed light on possible issues with this board and solutions. Is it possible for an electrician to locate the issue on the board? Do these boards generally have issues that stops the press from starting? Contact details of technician who could repair a faulty board?

I have no answers for repair options of the board, but a suggestion to (maybe) remedy the issue. Has anyone reseated(unplugged and plugged back in) the board? Shipping conditions often shake the boards loose.

1) This board has various functions: one of them is Control the Brushless Motor Drive + Servo Motors
2) However the control is coming from ZSK Main MicroP.
2) Please test the following: Male X31 Connector for EWK: +15Vdc Pin 1 -15Vdc Pin#6 +24VdcMotors Pins 2-3 +5Vdc Pins 4-5 +24Vdc Pin-15(I/O)
Versus Ground Pins: 7-16 -8-9-10-11-12
Tolerance must be 0.5% Up or down otherwise, repair or replace.
I have 1) some company in U.K that they can do it. 2) or supply New one with low cost and delivery

 

Rarely EWK will have a problem. Deadstop can have many different reasons. Where did the machine?

We have a similar issue whit a GTO 52 that stops randomly at any time, sometimes we have flawless days and sometimes the machine stays on a CP Tronic splashscreen and doesnt starts. An Electronic Engineering (not from Heidelberg) told us maybe it is due a loose cable or could be the ZMK board itself. Our problen still remains.
