qmdi plate winding Master do no wind

Need any help I hold à qmdi plus version. Im having issue with changing plate on all the 4 stations. The winding Master dont moov . Any help please

 

There are 2 ways of winding. Which one do you mean? Manualla or automatical. Solutions are different so be precisely.

Hi Sir:
Please see 1) the if C. Breaker or thermic protector for Pneumatic Compressor is On or has been tripped. Reset the 15Q4 +F3 see your schematic diagrams+Control valve is o.k
2)look for the solenoid valve printer master release and brake if are working, look for the schematic and measure the voltage
3) Look if the printer master magazine is changed with the help of magazine load motor , this motor is always active together with the clutch for the load motor.
