Hello I have a polar 115EMC that is giving me a small problem. If you cut 20” then 10” and stack on each other they are different sizes. Is there an adjustment for this. I have scanned the backguage by moving it and shutting machine off. No help. I have changed knife compensation and strangely that does seem to help it some but not fixing g problem. Sure would appreciate any advice.

    Hi Sir:
    You can have this problems:
    1) Table is Not square to the knife carrier
    2) Backgauge is Not parallel to the knife
    3) Sledge guiding has play.
    4) Electrical adjustment must be carried, however angle 90 must exist between backgauge and table, use precise square.
    Test these steps.

If machine has a tam card you need to adjust red pots to correct the measurement

Thanks Andy. It does have a card. I have managed to get it doing good now that I adjusted the .010 pot and then readjusting the knife compensation.
