Polar 72 CE - blade will not come down when cut buttons are pressed

I have a Polar 72 CE, machine # 5151167. The blade will not come down when the cut buttons are pressed. Does anyone have any manuals on this cutter, escpecially the wiring diagrams?

 

Checked if there is no photocell block?
You have a "d37" contact in series with the buttons, check.

Is Polar 72 Cs or Ce?
Test the power supply +24Vdc for Cut buttom +b28a+b28b
Clean the contacts Relais: D21a+d21b , the voltage for Clutch coming from this contact is:+42Vdc
