Having an issue with the ink foaming and overflowing all over the cabinet. I have cleaned the pump, the tank, and the surrounding area. I didn't find any broken hoses or fittings on the pump. This problem sometimes goes away by itself for a while.
    Any thoughts ?
I have also set the floats as described in the manual. This only happens while getting ready or printing. I can run the pump on standby and its fine.

    Hello,
Normaly when the ink goes outside the tank is because the level is not hight enought.
It you have lot of foam, is because ink its dirty. You should rebuild the ink. And control imaging oil in the tank is also clean.
    Regards

Ink level is the same as the other tanks. I was thinking that because it only foams over when actually printing, it might have something to do with the bid. I exchanged the magenta and the cyan bid, and havent had an overflow in a couple of days. This isnt abnormal, as it only foamed over occasionally, so i will see how we go. All of the tanks have foam in them, but they dont overflow like the Magenta. I dont know how much foam is "normal" so i'm wingin' it and getting some work done.

It could be pulling air in from the BID return line
