Wohlenberg 115 Problem with Axis 7

    Hello,

    i'm new to this forum in search of knowledge about my machine Wohlenberg 115.

    I have issues with it since 5 months now giving strange error which is driving me crazy.

    Right now i can't use the machine because it is giving error when i try to calibrate it

    - ERROR : Axis 7, motion monitoring

    I'm attaching screenshot of the errors if someone can help
    I'm attaching screenshot to the AXLE / MANUAL as well giving in the column 'F' number 7

    I will be very thankful if someone can help me thanks in advance!

    In the main menu call with key F8 the System Data
    is there appearing F1-F9??
    Access to some menus is provided by a login screen. Depending on the access rights different
    functions are available within the called-up menus. Username +Password +Codeword
    However you must have the system data technical guide, for Setup, for adjust the Axis(backgauge-Knife) parameters.

    It seems that i don't have the username + password + codeword from where i can get them thanks in advance.

    Hello I found my password and coder word and i'm now able to login into F9 menu to setup manual axis ( crawler axis) on the machine

    It seems that my values are way beyond what they need to be adding number to them for example
    on screenshot 2 on my previous post you can see that the min value is 10033.00 - and this needs to be 33.00 only

    if I try to change it on menu F9 manual axis and i save the tab it is returning the false values.

    And one more strange thing you might be knowing what that might cause the issue
    Machine is not saving set date and time even that the battery on the motherboard is new what might cause this issue?

    Please help me out.

    There is a reason why users do not normally have the Passwords to alter parameters they do not understand.

    #1 DO Not alter anything .. keep out of those password protected menus .. you will only totally mess up any chance you have of getting the cutter running again.

    The error you have is caused by the encoder Monitoring failing .. ie, it has detected than that the forward and reverse counts total is in error when it hits the index pulse.

    So,
    Defective Encoder
    Bad cable connection
    Unstable encoder power supply .
    Encoder input circuit failure.

    Encoder is relatively expensive, and it may not be the cause of the issue.
    The Knife and the back-gauge encoders are identical, so they could be swapped to test if you have a bad back-gauge encoder.
    I would strongly suggest you bring in someone who knows that machine well, and can further diagnose the cause.

    If someone tells you to turn Encoder Monitoring off, I would VERY STRONGLY advise against that.
    You would only be hiding the problem, and you probably will not be cutting accurately.

    Making cutting mistakes, having to re-print a few times, and the cost of correcting those mistakes, will very quickly surpass the cost of a new encoder.

    FYI: 10033.00 - and this needs to be 33.00
    NO !!! 10033.00 is correct.

    the correct value has the 1st digit set to 1 as a FLAG.

    So its not Ten thousand and thirty three
    It is Thirty three, with the 1st digit set as a 1 to act as a Flag.

    Hi,the cuttec 115 is failing to execute backguage caliberation .The moment I try to calibrate an error appears AXIS 7 MONITORING.
