we have and technotrans beta c 180 sc dampening solution unit .we are having probs with the doser drives not pumping or very slow .we have good pressure and the fresh water filter is clean the foot filters are clean. I have taken the doser apart and cleaned them and they worked for a bit .the problem just keeps coming back. do these doser need to be replaced? when i did take them apart the pump at the top had a lot of resistence is this normal.

There is a rebuild kit you can buy from technotrans or Heidelberg. Once you rebuild your doser you also have to make sure you calibrate it.

    Hello ramadhankakap.
I checked my service manual and did not find this error described ("digidos:error flow rate").
