OK. ongoing, but not a dealbreaker problem. Im THINKING developer?

Igen runs good for awhile... but after sitting, no cycle up, 9-1100

run 951, fail. but will sometimes print.

Clean etacs, and patch generator, passes...then runs.

FILTHY inside the cavity. Corotrons covered in Magenta...

thoughts? mentioned to tech to do developer. but it hasnt died so no help there lol

Is there a build up of magenta behind the rollers when you take the wire mods off? I sometimes clean with a sheet of 80# cover to break up the toner that may have crusted up there.

The center baffle in between the magenta donor rolls needs to be reformed or replaced. The plastic blade is catching the developer material and shoveling it out of the assy into the cavity.

developer station looks perfect. But I cleaned the rollers anyhow.

everything below is dusted in magenta.

new belt, detail cleaned the cleaning brush assembly.. some other stuff.

It now makes it to TRC relinearization portion of 951, where it fails. I can run it after that..but color isnt the bestest lol does print quality adjustment often.

Tech coming in for developer swap. I think new etac.

all new developer... ANOTHER new belt..(was mangled..I think tech yanked out when it wasnt fully pulled back lol) After running 2000 sheets, color waaaay off. ANY light background was almost full cyan. and missing spots.

Belt was CAKED with toner, in spots, and near seam. cleaner brushes dirty. so I'm thinking cleaning problem....

started running after 3 951's last night, but color off, then ran 3 TRC's before it passed that... I ran it 400 sheets before I left, print looked good, but its back to 9-1100 today.

    somethings goofy in there.. :)

well weve been running pretty non stop now.

I think ive got it handled now. crazy. Believe the belt being yanked on was what caused the secondary problem.

    :)
