Hello dear experts!CtP FUJIFILM Luxel T-9500SL , punches punches smoothly, but the image on the form is still with a skew on the valve, not every form with a tangle of images is chaotically one or two, sometimes 50 forms in a row are even. It turns out punches make their way exactly but the form itself is fixed on the drum with a bias because of this the image is exposed with a bias. What is the reason help to understand.

Ok my brain translator says that plates are punched evenly and parallel but image is rotated from time to time. Are you certain that plate grippers grab plate at the exact same place?
In our Creo Lotem gripper are a bit out of sync -close to .5 mm- but i compensate with headstops.
You could use web growth feature to rotate image at rip by 1 or 2 degrees, but if 50 plates are even and one or two go askew, i think its best not to use this option.
    1. Do a thorough cleaning of air/vacuum lines, filters, drum holes
    2. Load consecutive plates and mark with a pen where exactly the gripper bite
    3. How is the room temperature/humidity perhaps plates stick together and when loading to drum happens, something goes wrong or plate bumps somewhere
    4. Check condition of suckers that they grab plate firm and evenly

Hope that will get you rolling good luck!
