My Epson 9900 has just shown a 1549 code

I have an Epson 9900 that has just shown a 1549 code, which means power is not getting to the cutter motor.

Has anyone had this issue and know of the fix.

the manual states check connection on main board.

I don't know what connections these are so have check them all.
The fault has just occurred after moving the machine upstairs, sop doubt the cutter motor has gone.
