Leads to this. Any ideas why? Already found a snapped set of screws on the external roll nips and replaced them. Still piss poor adhesion.[IMG]

Did you do External heat roll nip adjustment after replacing the broken screws?

Of course. Even did a web adjustment. Maybe I'll just pop in a new fuser roll and see how that does. I've also recently replaced the pressure roll, but I made sure to make that adjustment as well.

Done external rollers. The metering roll doesn't even have an adjustment.

No improvement on this front. Found a few more cracked parts, but the machine still doesn't adhere toner properly. It scratches off with ease and builds up on the rollers. Also a heat error when starting up, XPE-10-3111. No idea the cause.
