QM 46 Errors error 1, 01-05

Can anyone tell me how to actually eliminate QM 46 errors, error 1, 01-05. and plate mount red light flashing, no plate on press. Thanks

 

Hi sir
the cause of mal function:
Plate loading or ejection in PU 1 interrupted (e.g.
emergency stop, guard open).
Inch the press backwards until the button ”printing
plate change” flashes. Press the button ”printing plate change and remove printing plate.

 

Tried the above and have used this method before. Called the help line and followed this procedure.

enter 7
enter +
enter 92
screen should read out/out
if you have only one out
enter + again.
This should clear error 2 01-05

Yes Chock I did try your method,it did not work. Your method has worked in the past but I believe because the press did show an error the situation was different. I do very much appreciate you help.

Our screen read
in/error
When hitting the + it changed it to
in/out
and the error cleared.
just thought I would put that on here for anyone else having the same issues.
