Hey again. Im wondering if anyone else has had issues with air bubbles under the blanket after install. I have the press on impression, and i use a oil moistened towel to rub down the blanket as i roll it on. The air bubbles work themselves out after about 60 sheets, is this normal ?

Just wait folks, i have better ones....LOL

    Thanks...

Yes normal. I don't use a oil towel to run down blanket though. Just slap er on dry. It's also normal for the bubbles to return and work themselves out when heated to temp. Strange but true.

You too thanks! PS some presses have blanket conditioner software. After you install a new blanket it runs a few heat cycles with impression on to eliminate bubbles. Don't think our old 3500 had it but the newer 5600 does.

Yess White it is very normal. But even if you want to avoid just put sheet of paper behind blanket to adjust the gap between cylinder and blanket.

If i understand, i would run sheets with transport, but i would have to manually put press on impression ? Or is press on impression when running transport ?
    Thanks all for your input.
