Help identifying KBA issue

    My company has a printing plant, i'm the packaging lead. I was just sent a PIC by a floor employee. Boss is away for at least a week. The KBA just started doing what the pic shows! what happened? it was running fine.

    Looks like scumming in the magenta, you need to run a bit more water.

    looks like colour sequence. If that's a special blue run it in last unit.

    I say that your encountering some sort of wet side down transfer contact. Be sure all your air cushions are working properly. Might also want to check your coating unit if equipped

    Magenta unit...could be some calcium involved, as well. Pic of the rollers ?

    Check roller settings, if good try integrating the bridge. Sometimes the delta dampner drive will cause a disturbance in speed in the gap, the bridge integrated may solve it.
