heidelberg printmaster 46 Unit 2 wont insert plate at clamp

will not take the plate at clamp spring is at 5mm

2)check plate loading and ejection function and reajust if necessary
check condition and function of friction rollers
check distance of feed rollers and guide plate to plate cylinder: Check and cleaning.

 

Do u happen to know the special funtion code to use to manually isert at tail clamp? Thank you

 

We have a similar problem with the second unit. It does not hold the plate for long. Plate slips out during run. Is there anything we can do to resolve the problem?
