    Hello Zahid,
This type of inductive sensors are produced specifically for Heidelberg by Baumer and that's the reason make them expensive. Once I've got from Pulstronic. It was the same as original but took a longer time for adjustments. Hope you can find it in your local market.
    Good luck,

    Thanks for the response Mathew,

Is it possible for you to give me more details about this particular pulstronic sensor? The baumer sensor is no longer being offered by the manufacture.

Can you share the serial number of the press and is it modular or compact?

Not sure exactly what your looking for in a double sheet detector screen. Feedback from the detectors can be found in the Ma screen in the service wrench screens. Not sure exactly which software you have but its usually the first row of numbers. Only the selected side guide will show feedback.

    Hi everyone,
If it is Pre-Drupa 98, it may equipped by Baummer sensors instead of Micro-Epsilon. In this there is menu for DBK. You have to check "analog input" actual values.

    Good luck,

A friend of mine tracked down a used piece in England but the customer wasn't interested and later on I narrowed down the problem to a Faulty SAK analog input, it was quite some time ago

I managed to get a non standard sensor to work with the pull lay double sheet on an SM52, I had to design a special variable gain amplifier to adapt the output of the sensor to match with a Baumer sensor, I think I can get get any analogue sensor be it a 0 to 10Vdc output to work with it.
