Polar 92CE

Dear Friends
I am having a Polar 92CE Machine No. 5111653. The origin period is not to our knowledge.
The machine has a typical problem. The Pressure Beam does not come down when Foot Pedal is pressed. While we push both the electric switches Pressure Beam & Knife both come down normally. The original Polar Cards are replaced in India with a Local Made Panel Box.
I need help in solving the problem.

Hope you are well.
Please test the following issues;
1) The plastic Cam is out of position.
The pedal in the upper position must be a Gap 01-02mms between the plunger of control unit(yellow block) and the adjusting cam.
When the pedal is in the lowest position the plunger must be pushed in the control unit(yellow block) by 8 mms.
Clean very well the plunger , and replace or repair the cam if is broken
1a) See if the machine has enough Hydraulic oil, and clean? see the oil level.
2) Lube all Grease points very well , but before clean it, maybe the guide of pressure beam can be dirty.
3) search if there are some Leaking in Working cylinder(Yellow color) and repair(O-rings) or replace it

My dear Chock
Around 10 days passed. I regret it. The technician at our end checked it Today only.
His findings are :
The Plastic Cam is in Position but in our machine The Plastic Cam may have been replaced and right now it is Ferrous Cam.
The Pedal in upper position is in right Position as advised by.
There was some wear & Tear in Plunger Shaft, We replaced it by a new locally made in Workshop.
Hydraulic Oil is proper and up to Mark and Quantity.
We Could not find any Leak in Working Cylinder. O Rings were proper.
HOWEVER AFTER ALL CHECKING WE COULD NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
WE ARE STILL USING WITH POWER AND PEDAL IS NOT WORKING AS EARLIER.
PLEASE ADVICE WHAT STEPS WE NEED TO TAKE FURTHER.

Hi sir
Well i did indicated in # 3: search if there are some Leaking in Working cylinder(Yellow color) and repair(O-rings) or replace it. None alternative, Ask to Polar and Replace, you must see if have 1 electrical solenoid or 2 electrical solenoid .
Sorry for this, because is Very expensive. However you must can get it Rebuilt from Factory, return the Old one, and you get it the Rebuilt with O-ring new ones.
Please Do not try to repair yourself or another Non trained persons.
Only factory Polar Mohr cand do that very well.

It has 2 electrical solenoid
I am trying to contact Persons from Polar but given the age of machine I am very low confidence about Polar taking up repairing. They do not have any office at Kolkata, my business place.
Pl. Suggest what could be the alternative solution because I am also not in the Financial Position of investing huge amount as it seems.

Hi sir
You have 2 options:
1) Call to the representative in India
2) Call to the Polar Mohr Factory.
They will ask about the Old block hydraulic, will give a rebate for that block and supply a Rebuilt.
If everything fail, send me some email, and will try to help you in USA.
