    Hello all,
I am having a pretty strange issue with secure printing on our Konica Minolta C368 series printers.

In our environment our users use a Microsoft Print Server and add the printers they want to thier device via the Internt Printing website. This is a very simple website, where you pick the printer from a list, hit connect, driver is installed and the printer is added to your computer. The other way to add a printer is by using the IP address and the computer connects to it.

After the printer is added to the computer via the website, we can print everything normally without errors. The only issue we are having is with secure printing. When we send a secure job, walk over to the printer, enter the printID and password, we are given an error message that states "Authorization Failure".

Using the same computer, if we add the same printer using the IP address, we can secure print without any issues.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?
