Hi team, I'm having a ghosting issue on a job (see attached image). I'm getting an undesired drop shadow effect on some text (at the top of the 'VTNZ') that is on top of a flat colour. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

You may have to step back from your monitor to see it.

I see it. is the shadow on the trailing side of the letters?

Seems like a residual charge type of thing? Any advice I have would be grasping at straws i think.... belt...preclean charger.... try running in EIP mode. see if it changes... flip the image 180 weird one

Cheers guys. Tried Enhanced Image Permanence mode to no avail. IOI setups had no effect. Neess I'll try cleaning the glass and come back with my result.

Turned out to be the donor roll speed. The technician slowed them down and the issue was resolved.
