Docucolor 240 print problem - magenta and yellow bands over prints

Hi everyone,

Starting today, my DC240 started printing wide yellow bands over the prints, and now also magenta.

I've changed the drums, I've cleaned as much as i could, and still....

Please tell me what's the problem?!!!

Measure the distant between those marks on the magenta lines. Were they new drums you fitted?

 

when you replaced drums, there should be a device that releases the drum cleaning blade to the drum surface, when drum is being shipped from the factory it is in "Pressure off" position, make sure that it is ON
