    What functions are affected?

There is a back up system on the operators side on top of the delivery under a flap. This will enable you to control register/damp etc but ink keys you'll need to operate manually...that's a pain :-(

You could always try this for a board swapout...

E02 is an error related to the boards eprom or writing to that EPROM - make sure that boards EPROM's are secure and re-enter your press parameters.
E06 is CPU overrun - another EPROM problem. Make sure the EPROM's are secure. After that, you can try and replace the EPROM's or buy a new/used/rebuilt IPC452/IPC453 board.

    Dear Sir:
    Hi hope you are well.
    Please do the next steps:
    1) Turn off the power.
    2) Test all connector for loose, and dirty in the power supply section.(transformer, etc)
3)Look for loose or broker wires in the connectors.
    4) test the backup batterires, and replace if necessary.
5)finally if the C. breaker is ON or tripper, reset.
    6) Test the fuses for open and replace.
    7) Reseat all electronic board, and clean the Edge of any board, for dirty and oxide(use contact cleaner)

With that vintage PQC, I would start with checking the power supplies for proper voltage out.

    Dear Sir:
    Hi hope you are well.
I did recommend you to measure with DMM: Primary and secondary Voltages of Transformer,Normally this
Machine use 100Vac for Input, in tolerance about+ o -10% see carefully.
Test the Fuse or c.breaker if Open or tripped.
and then: output to the bridge rectifier: Normally +5Vdc+12Vdc,etc
    Use the Schematic Diagram
Need to know what model is his PQC # 1+2+s3 +III,etc.
