KMS -PLC communication error

    Recently i got this message on the KMS monitor."KMS - PLC communication error".
    Any suggestions where to start searching the problem? I have to mention that i have changed the battery on the KMS pc motherboard since then i got this error.

    you should change the com port used to match the phosocal one so the KMS PC will find the root to the PQC

    Hi Guys. I know this a an old thread but i seem to have problem with kms v4 as well. Whenever we try to create a new job file a message pops up stating " Failed to create operation process file" or whenever we try to recall a job from job history a message pops up stating "Input error". Running kms v4 on komori k528 +c.
    If anybody has a solution to this. It will be much appreciated.
