Stock keeps on sticking on roller.

We're using C2S#180 and even after setting the right pressure between the rollers, the stock keeps on sticking on the roller whenever we feed it.

Our supplier only has 1 lacquer available and he has the worst after sales support. It's better figuring things out rather than asking him things, it's either you pay $500 to get a 'tip' from him or just shut up.

I hope someone can enlighten us here.

 

I have a customer who has the same issue. Try reducing the viscosity of the coating with a reduced.
