Heidelberg relay

A relay that is tripping (Q02) is causing this. Any idea?

Already fix it. That relay was tripping because the main pump wasn’t working properly. Thanks.

Yes, the circuit breaker was tripping off because the main pump needs some work done.

The pump is fixed but the problem is there. The circuit breaker is tripping (Q02). I replaced the oil filters and I have the same problem. Does Q02 circuit breaker control the oil flow?

Normally this Thermall switch has some small plastic POT, that you can adjust for
increase the Amp. Try to do it, If have, If do Not have:
1) Is indicative that INSIDE very deeply the Winding is Reheating NOT burn. Time to
replace or to make a New Winding.
2) The stator or rotor has making Ground with Chassis .
Of course this is assuming: the motor-pump has been carried out a complete maintenance and LUBE.

Not sure what you mean, you aked if Q2 controlled oil flow, I responded oil pump is Q44. I assumed you were speaking of the press oil circulation.
