Heidelberg 72 Z CPTRONIC Error 15

Hi everyone
My Heidelberg SM 72 Z CPTRONIC is not running due to one error 15 is coming and also my machine feeder and delivery is not working, so kindly help me.

Diagnostics is showing, as Sandep mentioned, you have an issue with your SEK board which monitors safety components. You might try going through all safety switches, actuate a number of times by manually lifting Gates and covers, then restart machine. Also, try unplugging and plugging back in the SEK board to re-establish pin connections.

 

I had checked SEK card in another machine, it is in working condition and I also checked all safety switches but still I not rectify that fault.

I think then some EAK card is faulty.if that is difficult to find out then u need to take electrician help.

Keep in my mind there are two sets of contacts in each safety switch, one for engagement of safety circuit and one for diagnostics. You won’t know if the diagnostic contacts are causing the issue unless you are able to read I/O screen properly and have the position key.

 

I have checked all safety switches and Emergency switches but still not find the fault.

You have posted a picture of the I/O screen. You may want to post a photo of the INIT and Dynamic screen.

Yes I had solved but now my dampening motor and suction drum motor is not working, red led lit in LTK 50 and LTK 500

 

So what is the solution because i have the same problem with MO.
