Need help with Canon IPF9000s

    Hi all,

    I recently bought 2 x Canon Imageprograf IPF9000S printers, both with (hopefully) minor faults.

    One has a Platen fan error and the other's error code indicates air in the lines.

    Unsure how to proceed, and where to get them looked at? Can anyone in the South West UK ( I'm based in Cornwall) recommend an engineer or service centre?
