We are experencing ink splatters on our DGM 430 tower. We run a sock roller, as our Dampening roller. Any suggestions? We do keep the water low.

Does your ink look emulsified? That's usually what causes ink to fling. I know you said you keep your water low.

If ink isn't emulsified then check roller settings, could be as simple as a distributor not making good contact until ink builds up and then it's slinging it

If the water level is low, it may be an ink quality problem.

Could there be a bad vibrator bearing causing the vibrator to hang down?

My first point of call would be to check the ink and how hot the room is / outside temperature. This always had a big affect on the ink where I was printing until the controlled the room temperature.
