Heidelberg printmaster 46-2 plate eject jams

I'm having problems with unit 1 plate eject, it goes into the water rollers every time. Anyone know what needs to be adjusted or replaced to fix this? It's almost as if the plate isn't being held down enough and gets a little air under it when it first starts to eject.

maybe
dirty plate cylinder or
dirty or broken wheels on the ejector bar thingy

 

There is a small leaf spring on the end of the ejection unit, there should be a 5mm gap on the end of it, Also check the ecoder timing with SF07 [Ithink] Should be plus or minus 5, I will check this for you and let you know.

 

Blanket cylinder clamps the plate against the plate cylinder during install and rotates three times so plate would be tight but may not be engaging right away.
