Can Anyone Help Identify This Type of Press?

Looking to find a 1-color offset press with similar capabilities to the one in video - can anyone help identify the manufacture of this press or some good sources to help find one via internet?

I don't know web presses at all sorry. It looks old and almost like AB Dick 360 based. Maybe a home brew of sorts. Hope you find a answer. Cool little machine!

 

Looking again parts of it look Hamada. The form roller shaft ends and impression lever to be specific. I'll see if they ever made a web based machine.

 

Hard to tell but it looks like a label press.. might be a flexo one, don't know the name.
