Hi: my name is Ricardo, from Tucson az. First time posting. how can I know if my water form is bad?. I just replaced it (brand new, bottcher) and Im getting a strip across the blanket right at the middle of the blanket (build up). I have checked my strips too many times and all of them are correct. 5 mm to the plate and from the chrome to the water form 5mm. Is my water form bad? What can I do? Thanks. I don't know if this will help your issue, but this this chart has been shared in other threads before. We don't have a 102, but I use this chart for other presses. It shows an 8mm chrome stripe to Water Form on a 102.

As far as the roller, verify that the Durometer is what it is supposed to be according to Bottchers specs, and then you might even compare the durometer to a roller in a working tower.
It may be worth it to switch the roller with one from another tower to confirm its a roller issue and not mechanical.
