Ryobi 582 - Ink unit 1 shown in blanket unit 2

Hi All,

I am having a problem while printing a 2 color product with 350 gsm DC paper board.
The ink of unit 1 (the unit near feeder) always stick to the blanket of the unit 2.
I tried to remove the blanket (to remove the "too thick" packing under the blanket possibility) of unit 2, instead the ink of unit 1 stick to the blanket cylinder (the stainless).
I have also tried to readjust the paper thickness, problem still persist. This problem will not happen with lower product thickness like 250gsm DC paper board.
For now I print a 2 color product one by one only using the unit 2.
From what i know, this machine will be able to handle up to 500gsm DC paper board
Can someone enlightened me?
