    Hi All,
Having trouble with programable controller cards that work my pan rollers. They error out randomly, then turn back on as i am looking at them for no apparent reason. I was wondering if anyone else ever had this annoying problem.
    Regards,

    Hi sir
Look for low battery, and power supply faulty, or loose connector, or corroded.
    and Finally Soft Corrupt.

I had a similar problem just recently, it turned out to be low voltage at the mains

Hi when i did mentioned power supply faulty, mean: 1) Faulty SMPS 2) Low Voltage 3) High voltage to due OUT ToleranceS 0.5%Very Critical. 4) Faulty Bulged Capacitor 5) High EMR capacitor 6) Leaking capacitor 7) Shorted Diodes, or Open Resistors.etc 8) Cold or Dry joints

The L*20 inch presses do use analog output PLC modules. These output modules fail regularly. They can be rebuilt, or buy new from Komori.

    Please follow his Schematic Diagrams.
and test the steps mentioned before.
Since PLC, require some degree Knowledge in electronic, electrical, and Software.
otherwise, you must call some Tech from Some Company, for Diagnostic, and Repair.
