    Remember the board DNK generates the power supply to the display control BOARD DSK and the control console display ZID.
    Test The power supply in the

    socket base in the BOARD DSK X23 pin1+2 =+5VDC pin 3+4+5=Ground +

    X24 Pin 1=15VAC 2=15VAC 3=20VAC 4=20VAC 5=20VAC 6=20VAC 7=27VAC 8=27VAC 0=Groun +

    X26 PIN 1=+5vdc Pin 2=-205vdc pin 3=-200VDC.
    Let me know how is the power supply to the console Display ZID

    Ive heard no suggestion as to checking the eyes. Have your press crew at least tried cleaning the eyes on the register table. Dirty eyes will stop the press dead, and possibly not show a fault. If eyes are clean, and known to be in working order then I would try adjusting them.
    The fact that you were only able to run 100,000 impressions in "several" days has me thinking that perhaps you don't have the most experienced press crew, unless of course your manning the press with just a single pressman, in which case your production wouldn't be quite so bad.

    It's simply the stop paddle on the top gear side,when you open the floor board.

    This happened to me a CD102 check for scrape marks on the side paddles, and adjust.
