One Sided Coat Gloss Won't Stack

    Doesn't seem to matter which side I put up or down, it all fails in the stacker. It's 12 PT, one side gloss, so around 130#. 19x13.

    IGen only guarantees stacking up to 300gsm. You'll most likely have to run that to the top tray

    Try adjusting your decurler in Diagnostics to get the sheet to lay flat as it is coming into the stacker.

    12 pt you are lucky to stack. I regularly do 14pt, and run to the top purge tray

    just go into stacker settings, and change max allowed sheets in purge tray to a higher number. Then you can keep it running by constantly removing stack. this really helps only if its duplex, or you run in enhanced permanence, so theres time for the eye to react to not being covered.
