Help generating colorbars for Ryobi 520

We are about to have a Ryobi 520 press installed and have just purchased a used DPX CTP system using ECRM RIPMate v7.2 which came bundle with Ryobi IVS.

The DPX system is producing colour separations perfectly & IVS is creating the ink key presets however I haven't yet figured out how to add colorbars automatically. Previously we were using a meta dimensions rip so we are unfamiliar with the harlequin interface.

I've tried using "Install Annotations" as per suggestion in the manual however the RIP process halts and console displays the following message: "ERROR: This file does not appear to be an EPS file. It will not be installed."

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
