Ive been having major skewing issue for the last 3 weeks on a IGEN 4. Called the tech out last week and thought we fixed it as of friday by replacing the entire registration assembly along with 3 Nip Assemblies. Problem came back today in the middle of running a job. Back to square one.

I got moved into data processing at my facility. Now I'm just kind of the on-site 1st-level tech here. :p
Gotta bookmark this site on my other workstation so I can keep up with ya'll.

Swapped out the #5 nip release and the skewing has gone away. It was stalling during prints.

I'm getting a whole new set of steering rollers today! Apparently they get to very nearly take the whole thing apart just to get to 'em!

Im really amazed with the iGen behaviour, they can run for a month without any breakdowns which causes the machine to be down until a new spare part has arrived. We invested in some equipment from Ricoh and honestly i think we have a breakdown every second day.
