Xerox 6130 died, Need new printer for Tyvek

Hey folks I've been using a Xerox 6130 since 2012 thanks to this post.

However it's died and I'm struggling to find a replacement. Can anyone recommend some newer models/alternatives to print on Tyvek wristbands?

Any help would be appreciated. I've no experience with anything but this so completely out lost. Xerox have said their newer version the 6500 won't work so a bit paranoid about getting it!

I have recently got a Xerox Phaser 6130 to print Tyvek wristbands but it keeps melting the paper can you let me know what setting you used to have used it so successfully for so long?
