To troubleshoot this issue its best to use an IR temperature gun. Check the temperature of the rotary union on the operator side and compare that with the temperature of the distributor roller its attached to after you have run a few thousand sheets. Rotary union and roller should be within 2-3 degrees of each other. Than compare these results with a known good unit. You will find your issue in short time with this method.

    Good day sir:
I hope you are well in union with his family.
Please we will intent to fix it his problem
As you know your systems has 2 function circuit D+T :We must concentrate in circuit T(Temperature) this has 2 main function:

1)Cooling while the press is running 2)During operation a constant quantity of water is fed through the ink rollers.
We are suppoosing too: that all controls are o.k working in the machine
However need question from routine of maintenance basic equipment for Refrigeration +Temperature Unit :
    Test the following carefully:
a)Did you check your filter/strainer (clean or replace)?b) level float switch( clean or repair)?c)
    aircooled
    condenser or
fluid cooler)?Test for contamination or Clean it d)Clean the cooling fins too! e)Chilling medium ?( clean it filter ).

    Control Unit Test:

    1) Pump+Filter+level float switch+tank= Clean it!!!

Of course tight any hoses, or see if there are Leak, clamp faulty.

Ok after you did carefully, you must see if there are any changes in the 2 units that you have problem
Let me know any changes or result ASAP.
Otherwise, we must go more Deep.

    Hi sir
    I hope you are well
After you explain me what did you test it and did maintenance the problem Arise t:
1)Insufficient temperature control water flow. a) Valve Closed for the circuit ; Open
    b)Not enough pressure. =
Adjust the pressure through the shut-off
valve in the temperature control water
    outlet.
    c)Low water level.=
    1)Top up with water.
2)Acknowledge fault on the control unit.
d)Frequent lack of water= System leaks. Check / seal leaks.
Let me know for more Deep
