Man Roland 205 E operator manual + questions

Hello, Im new in press business as well as on this forum. My father is owner of press company and now im getting in.

First i would like to ask for operator manual for Man Roland 205 E

We have problems with color consistency. There are color fluctuations even in 3.000th sheet.

Our operator did not use color strip measurement. What is correct process to use automatic adjustement?

And last question, does 205 E have quickstart? Because our extra sheets for small orders are killing us!
